THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES THE TERMS ON WHICH Surf to Earn OFFERS YOU ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES.

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and Surf to Earn . and applies to your use of the Surf to Earn 's services and any related products available through Surf to Earn Internet Servers (collectively the "Service"). If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use or access our Services.

Surf to Earn is apart of the MTE Enterprises Network of sites. We are located in WV, United States. Contact us anytime at support@surf-to-earn.com or call 304-820-6013 Mon-Fri EST.

Payment and Refund Policy:

You can pay for our services via Alert Pay, Solid Trust Pay or with your credit or debit card via our merchant processor.

Membership Fee. Our membership fee is $12 and recurs every three months, and is nonrefundable. You can cancel your recurring charge anytime. If you Paid via Alert Pay or Solid Trust Pay, login to your account to cancel. If you paid via credit or debit card, use the contact us at payments@surf-to-earn.com with the last 4 digits on your card to cancel your payment.

You are responsible to keep track of all charges to your Alert Pay, Solid Trust Pay or credit or debit card.

Refund Policy: You set up the recurring charge and you are responsible to maintain it and use our service. If you fail to use our service or delete your account without properly canceling your payment you are at fault and no refunds on membership payments will be given for any reason.

If you wish to cancel your monthly recurring charge:

If you paid via credit or debit card, login into your account and place a support ticket with your full name and last 4 digits of the card you used to pay within 7 days of the next recurring charge. NO CANCELATIONS VIA EMAIL OR PHONE WILL BE ACCEPTED!

If you paid via STP Alert Pay, you are required to login to your accounts there and cancel your recurring charges.

Deleting you account does not stop your recurring charge. You need to stop the charge first, then delete your account if you no longer wish to be a member.

Once again, you set up the monthly recurring charge, you are responsible to maintain it. You agree to place no charge backs on any orders to E Affilaite Team for services provided by Surf to Earn with your credit or debit card company. If you do not agree to this, do not place an order.

If you place a fraudulent charge back on any legitimate charges, and we are found to be in the right by your credit card company, you will be billed $100 for each charge back you placed. This is to cover merchant and lawyer fees spent to dispute your charge backs. A bill will be sent to your email and home adress to be paid within 30 days. If you do not pay, we will take legal actions to recover these fees from you including chargeing your credit card on file.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not join.

Surf to Earn and the Matrix Program Explaination:

There is no guarantee on how fast and how much you will earn in the matrix. When you join our program you are purchasing advertising for your websites. There are NO income guarantees. Your purchases are for advertising, period. The matrix program is a "perk" and are not a guarantee. If you are looking for a get-rich-quick scheme, then you are at the wrong place, you might as well delete your membership now or not sign up at all. Surf to Earn is a service provided to you, to help you with your internet marketing needs and to provide quality advertising for your websites, banners, and text ads and shares its revenue with its members. Surf to Earn matrix program is a long term program and is for people looking to build a long term income without every having to recruit. The program can take time to build since members earn positions in the matrix from surfing, and some surf slowly, and some earn surf fast.

Positions earned from surfing go into the matrix via our top position, and spill down into the next open position. If id 500 is the next id in line to receive spill over, the next five earned positons from surfing will fill that ids first level. The next id, 501 is next for spill over.

In Brief, you are NOT allowed to:

Use robot/auto surf software of any kind.
Promote Immoral, Illegal, or Illicit websites.
Promote Adult, Hate, Racist or any kind of material that will cause offence.
Any language other than English as the predominant language (minor use of a foreign language is permitted but should not represent more than 10% of the total page).
Use an auto-responder email that automatically answers your email such as spamarrest, spamcop, mailblocks etc. Be aware some of these services send spam in your name and can cause your email account to be shutdown by your ISP!
Use an email address that prohibits the receipt of emails from Surf to Earn for any reason.
Send unsolicited email attempting to promote Surf to Earn .

If you do your account will be suspended and any credits will be lost. We will not pay any outstanding commissions and will attempt to recover any that have been paid. Any monies already paid that are not returned will be considered as theft and where possible we will recover them.

The Surf to Earn Service:
Surf to Earn is a service provided to you "as is" and without guarantee. Any credits free or purchased are non refundable. Surf to Earn cannot be held responsible credits incorrectly used.

You acknowledge Surf to Earn is not an investment program, multi-level marketing program, High Yield Investment Program, "autosurf", randomizer, matrix, pyramid, Ponzi scheme, "get rich quick" scheme, or other similar venture. You acknowledge you will not use our service for the promotion of any illegal immoral or illicit purpose. If you do not accept these terms you must leave this site immediately.

By continuing to use this site you are bound by this agreement and you agree that you will keep all information provided by this site confidential. You are not allowed to copy or comment or take any action that may devalue the sites service and accept any damages or costs thereof such breach including any agent or company that you may be associated with.

The user agrees not to operate hardware or software designed to bypass the systems developed by Surf to Earn for the benefit of all it's users.

When an account is set-up, the user agrees to provide current and accurate information. And agrees that, that information can be used for Surf to Earn to make contact with the user. Any inaccurate information may result in the user's account being closed.

Information given in registration will not be sold or given to any third party without the users written permission, unless required to by law. Users agree not to collect or harvest any users information that may be on our internet servers.

Surf to Earn makes no claim as to when visits will be received by the user. Surf to Earn can not be held responsible for third party hit trackers that may not record hits accurately. Surf to Earn statistics are final. Hits are views and are not viewers/visitors. Some sites may be shown multiple times to users.

While Surf to Earn may take measures to prevent offensive information, the user acknowledges that any content found on our servers may not be controlled by Surf to Earn , and Surf to Earn can not be held accountable for it. However, the user agrees not to use Surf to Earn to promote or advertise any of the following material. Pornographic, Links or banners to pornography, Adult Content, Explicit, Racial, Hate, Illegal, SPAM, Auto-Surf Software, or any other material that may be offensive or unethical.

Users will conduct themselves in appropriate manner and will not manipulate any of the site to gain credit or access to unauthorised areas. Also, Surf to Earn does not allow the use of auto-surf software/hardware (etc.) to gain credits. Anyone caught using or distributing it will have their account terminated.

The user agrees not to hold Surf to Earn responsible for any content, links, advertisements, site malfunctions, miss-directions or any other events that may cause harm mentally, physically or to property.

You agree that Surf to Earn , in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if Surf to Earn believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this agreement. Surf to Earn may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of this agreement may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Surf to Earn may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service. Further, you agree that Surf to Earn shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.

Dealings with advertisers are done at your own risk and Surf to Earn can not be held liable for any advertisers actions.

You agree to maintain a valid email address and your account is only activated once you have verified your email address by clicking a link in an email sent to you. By doing so you are bound to accept email from Surf to Earn which will include system messages and marketing information. This is an opt-in service and you can choose to receive emails or not by editing your profile. Any user threatening or reporting Surf to Earn for sending 'spam' or 'UCE' or Unsolicited Commercial Email will be invoiced for all services they have received to that point and immediate payment will be expected. Further more all legal costs and compensation will be sought through the courts for any loss of time or reputation.

Surf to Earn is an honest marketing business supported by appropriate privacy statements, terms and conditions, user agreements, business practices and an excellent reputation in the trade that it will protect through all means available. This benefits you, your business and the online promotion and marketing businesses in general.
